Shipping Policy – Better Greens PH

We deliver fresh, pesticide-free microgreens and edible flowers from our farm in La Trinidad, Benguet across Luzon.

• Delivery Areas: Major cities and areas across Luzon (Metro Manila, Baguio, Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, and more). Message us if you’re unsure about your location.
• Delivery Time: Orders placed before the weekly cut-off are harvested and shipped the same week. Typical delivery is 1–2 days depending on your location.
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. COD is only available for pickup orders at Stall #50 Tomato Alley, Baguio Hangar market.
• Freshness Guarantee: All products are harvested to order. If your greens or flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or spoiled, contact us within 6 hours of delivery and we will replace them or issue a refund/store credit.
• Important: Because our products are highly perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.
